Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Return Window

You may return an item within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Contact us first for return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Pre-order and customized items

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software or digital content

  • Intimate or sanitary products

  • Health and personal care items

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Items returned damaged, not in original condition, or missing parts not due to our error

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied automatically to your original method of payment within several business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn't appeared within two weeks of approval:

  1. Double-check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card provider; some delays are expected.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please email us at support-us@designnest.com and return the product to:

Gifts

  • If your item was marked as a gift through a promotion, no charges will apply, and no return is necessary unless the original order is being returned.

  • If your item was received as a gift from someone else, you’ll receive a gift credit upon return. Once we receive the item, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you.


Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for the shipping cost when returning an item.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost may be deducted.

  • For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
